The Oxfordshire Youth Football League provides football opportunities for over 7500 children in over 550 teams from 92 clubs from across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
Through our affiliation to Oxfordshire FA, from 2019-20, we organise football for Under 7s through to Under 21s, across four different formats (5v5, 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11).
We aim to provide a high quality, safe and enjoyable football experience, following the Respect programme, with the main purpose of providing child-centred football in a player-centred environment.
Working with stakeholders, including all member clubs, we aim to find ways to improve behaviour, through the Respect programme, to make the matchday experience enjoyable for everyone involved.
Everyone should have the opportunity to play football without discrimination. As part of this, we have an equality policy and have pledged to highlight disability football opportunities and pathways.
Everyone involved must work to ensure that children play in a safe environment and that all concerns/issues are reported through the appropriate channels.
